Company:

Description:

Analytics and Solutions Manager

Mercer is seeking an experienced Analytics and Solutions Manager to lead a hybrid onshore/offshore delivery team and drive operational excellence across analytics products and services. In this role, you will serve as the primary delivery liaison for key stakeholders, turning optimization opportunities into measurable commercial outcomes and helping ensure delivery is reliable, scalable, and aligned to business priorities.

What can you expect

  • A highly collaborative role with broad exposure across account management, commercial, product, engineering, analytics, and delivery teams.

  • The opportunity to work at the intersection of operations, technology, and client engagement.

  • Involvement in supporting product performance, revenue retention and growth, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • A role where your ideas can translate directly into action and measurable impact.

We will count on you to

  • Act as the delivery liaison to stakeholder teams, aligning priorities, managing risks, and converting optimization work into commercial outcomes.

  • Lead and manage the onshore/offshore delivery team, including roles, SLAs, capacity planning, handovers, and continuous improvement.

  • Support solicitation and client participation for key products, memberships, industry products, and team initiatives.

  • Lead solicitation and client support for MDC campaigns, acting as the primary solicitation team and easing demand on the data team.

  • Develop an AI- or algorithm-based process to track solicitation efforts and identify the right contacts to explain survey participation, structure, and objectives.

  • Provide technical product management support where needed, helping clients understand product architecture and translating technical requirements into product decisions.

  • Produce insights, competitive snapshots, presentations, and actionable recommendations for product management teams.

  • Partner with Transformation teams on Rapid Improvement Events to identify and deliver operational efficiencies and revenue opportunities.

  • Own Data-as-a-Service delivery improvements, supporting the move from file-based transfers to APIs with global and technical teams.

  • Serve as the NA HRIS API representative and help manage client data transfer projects between client systems and Mercer.

  • Oversee revenue retention and growth for off-the-shelf products by driving recurring revenue initiatives.

  • Produce and maintain regular, auditable revenue reporting and present clear insights to stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain executive and operational dashboards covering outcomes, delivery KPIs, revenue impact, backlog, and roadmap progress.

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, remove blockers, and keep work moving through to benefit realization.

What you need to have

  • 5+ years of experience delivering product operations at scale, including managing onshore/offshore teams.

  • Proven experience owning recurring revenue or run-rate financial reporting and turning findings into action.

  • Strong stakeholder management experience across Account Management, Commercial, Product, Engineering, and Analytics.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret dashboards and KPIs and turn data into clear recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for commercial and executive audiences.

What makes you stand out

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Lean/Kaizen certification.

  • Experience running Rapid Improvement Events, Kaizen events, or sprints and delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Familiarity with delivery and analytics tools such as Jira, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.

  • A strong bias for action, with the confidence to work through ambiguity and align diverse stakeholders around a shared plan.

  • A balanced focus on operational detail and commercial impact, with a clear drive to deliver results that last.
