Application Manager, OTM

Meta's Enterprise Products team is seeking an Oracle OTM Application Manager to champion the platform in partnership with Supply Chain and Global Logistics workstreams. This is a functional, hands-on configuration role for someone experienced in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) as the primary platform, with working knowledge of Global Trade Management (GTM) as a complementary capability. This role will support Meta's end-to-end physical logistics operations—spanning consumer hardware and infrastructure programs—ensuring transportation planning, execution, visibility, and trade compliance processes are optimized, scalable, and aligned with Meta's global distribution and deployment requirements.
