Our EPIC Apprentice Analyst Program is designed for individuals with aptitude, curiosity, and a desire to learn. Whether you're launching your career, exploring a new career path, or bringing experience from healthcare, customer service, operations, education, technology, military service, retail, hospitality, or another field entirely, this program provides the training, mentorship, and hands-on experience needed to develop valuable healthcare technology skills.
As an EPIC Apprentice Analyst, you'll support healthcare organizations across the country while developing in-demand skills that help improve patient care and expand access to healthcare in rural and underserved communities.

Compensation
At OCHIN, we're committed to pay transparency.
Starting salary for this apprenticeship program is:
$49,939 annually for candidates without an EPIC credential
$59,927 annually for candidates with a qualifying EPIC credential
These salaries are non-negotiable and consistently applied to ensure equitable compensation practices.
EPIC experience is not required. Candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
