AQUA RETAIL MANAGER

We're looking for aspiring retail leaders to join our team. Successful candidates will start as an Aqua Retail Management Trainee, undergoing structured on-the-job training to gain hands-on experience in aquatic livestock, aquatic plants, aquarium products, sales, inventory management, and retail operations.

As your skills and knowledge develop, you will take on increasing responsibilities in store operations, team leadership, and business performance, preparing you for a Retail Manager role.

What You'll Do
• Assist customers with livestock, aquatic plants, and aquarium products
• Learn product knowledge and recommend suitable solutions
• Receive and manage stock
• Support daily retail operations and sales
• Maintain healthy aquarium displays and a clean, organised store
