Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Architect to lead architectural initiatives within the IT industry. This role is crucial for driving the delivery strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. As an Architect, you will translate business objectives into actionable plans, ensuring that all programs are staffed effectively and aligned with the necessary governance standards. Responsibilities

• Develop realistic project plans and estimates, ensuring that milestones are adhered to and status is transparently communicated to stakeholders.

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of reference architectures, patterns, and non-functional requirements baselines to guide project teams.

• Coordinate incident and issue responses, ensuring that lessons learned from post-incident analyses are integrated into future processes.

• Implement and standardize documentation practices to maintain high-quality governance and assurance across multiple teams.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to senior team members, establishing clear expectations and feedback mechanisms.

• Support recruitment efforts by identifying hiring signals tied to required skills and qualifications.
