Role Overview

An architect with practical experience in design management and site supervision is required. The candidate must possess the ability to monitor projects and coordinate with various entities to ensure the execution of work according to the highest quality standards, along with experience in dealing with governmental entities, contributing to the successful completion of projects efficiently and professionally.

Main Responsibilities

• Managing and reviewing architectural designs and ensuring their compliance with project requirements.
• Supervising the progress of work on-site and monitoring the implementation according to established plans.
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and relevant entities.
• Monitoring the extraction of approvals and transactions through the Baladi platform and other governmental entities.
• Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, regulations, and established systems.
• Preparing periodic technical reports and raising necessary recommendations.
• Contributing to solving technical problems and improving the quality of implementation.

Skills

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering.
• 4-5 years of practical experience in the field.
• Experience in design management and site supervision.
• Experience with the Baladi platform and other governmental entities is preferred.
• Strong skills in coordination, time management, and problem-solving.
• Experience in design and production capabilities using 3D, BIM such as Revit, ARCHICAD, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign.
