Job Description:
- Lead team and consultants in implementation of projects
- Manage client/consultant stakeholders and engage in project & site meetings to drive project progress and resolve issues
- Conceptualize designs and carry out feasibility studies
- Prepare submission and construction drawings
- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- A recognized Degree in Architecture, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore
- Minimum 10 years of architectural experience in Singapore
- Proficient in BIM software, ArchiCAD
- Good design with strong portfolio
- Commitment to continual learning, desire to innovate, self-motivated and dynamic personality with right attitude
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team
- Well versed in Singapore’s regulations and authority guidelines
