- Approve associate timecards
- Conduct 3D scanning and stow tagging
- Coordinate inventory transfer to spoke fulfillment centers
- Develop and coach associates
- Drive dock to stow cycle time
- Enforce safety programs and OSHA compliance
- Escalate and resolve inventory discrepancies damages and OS D
- Maintain inventory accuracy metrics
- Manage inbound receiving team
- Perform quality control and product verification
- Process receiving against warehouse receiving orders
- Reduce inbound dwell time
- Review inbound volume forecasts
- Schedule docks and appointments
- Track and report hub performance KPIs
