Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Area Manager to oversee multiple store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure smooth daily performance to support Boost Juice’s success in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Manage performance across multiple F&B store locations to ensure operational excellence and achievement of business goals
- Lead teams to drive sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets for all stores under your supervision
- Identify operational inefficiencies and develop, implement, and monitor process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the Operations team
- Complete weekly administrative tasks and reports accurately, coordinating with Operations and head office staff to maintain alignment and transparency
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and atmosphere to enhance customer experience and brand image
- Communicate effectively with store teams and stakeholders using clear written and spoken English to foster collaboration and engagement
- Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment by working collaboratively within teams and responding to changing business needs
- Work on weekends and public holidays as required to support store operations and business continuity
Other Information
- Work schedule: 5-day work week
- Salary range: $4,500 to $6,000 monthly, based on experience
