Art Centre Manager (6 days work week)
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct engaging and inspiring art classes for children, teens, and adults.
• Teach traditional fine art techniques in: Drawing & Sketching / Watercolour Painting / Oil Painting / Acrylic Painting
• Guide students according to their individual skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
• Demonstrate techniques through live drawing and painting demonstrations.
• Prepare lesson plans and class materials.
• Encourage creativity while building strong technical foundations.
• Provide constructive feedback and support students in developing their artistic abilities.
• Assist with exhibitions, workshops, holiday programmes, and special art events when required.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional studio environment.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical proficiency in traditional art mediums, particularly:Drawing & SketchingWatercolour PaintingOil Painting
• Previous teaching experience is preferred, but passionate emerging educators are also welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, encouraging, and enthusiastic when working with students of different ages.
• Able to demonstrate art techniques confidently during lessons.
• Comfortable teaching both individual and small group classes.
• Some availability to work on weekends, selected day/evening schedules.
