ASEAN Product Sales Manager (Electrical Equipment) Ref: GAS

Job Responsibilities:

Drive market share growth and profitability for the assigned product portfolio across the ASEAN region.
Lead and guide Sales Managers, Product Specialists and Distributors to achieve regional sales targets with existing and new accounts.
Develop and execute annual sales plans and strategies for both direct and distribution channels.
Develop marketing, sales promotion and training programs for distributors, OEM customers and field sales teams.
Build and maintain strong regional distribution networks and partnerships to support business growth.
Identify new market opportunities, applications and target segments based on industry, economic and technological trends.
Manage product pricing and commercial strategies to maximize sales and margin potential.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer service, quality, cost reduction and productivity.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and other professional activities.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing and new product developments, providing timely updates to management.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma and above in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related areas of study
Minimum10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or product management
Strong knowledge of management and marketing principles, industry practices, products and services, and business operations, including proposal development, contract negotiation and program management.
Excellent technical/ engineering comprehension and knowledge of assigned direct and distribution
