Job Description

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant supports and assists with general office activities and projects with administrative tasks. Provides customer service support. Under moderate supervision, work may involve contact with homeowners and board members.

  • Provide crucial administrative support to the property management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Act asa central pointof contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries and coordinating information flow.
  • Maintainaccuraterecords, prepare reports, andassistwith documentation to support effective property management.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings tooptimizethe team’s productivity.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors,demonstratinga commitment to excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.) ata proficient level.
  • Professional customer serviceand communicationskills.
  • Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.
  • Ability to communicate withmultiple stakeholders, for example, community managers, vendors, peers, and clients.
  • Able to work effectively with others in person and in groupsettings
  • Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • Able to interpret verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
  • High School Diplomaor GED Required
  • At least one year of directly related or closely relatedexperience
