The project:
A landmark multipurpose venue at the heart of Riyadh, designed as a dynamic destination for sports, entertainment, cultural activities, and community engagement. Created for long-term flexibility and year-round activation, the venue will host a diverse range of events, bringing people together and enhancing the city's vibrant social and recreational landscape.
This job is for a Saudi national willing to be based in Riyadh.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Assists with feasibility studies, procurement strategies, contract selection, and preparation of procurement reports to support project delivery.
• Supports value management, estimating, and cost planning activities to develop accurate and effective project cost plans.
• Participates in the full procurement process, including prequalification, tender enquiries, bid analysis, contractor selection, and contract preparation.
• Assists in preparing contract documents, warranties, bonds, licenses, valuations, and management of contract variations in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Supports cost control, financial reporting, cost analysis, and monitoring of design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client-related costs.
• Contributes to contract administration activities, including practical completion, final accounts, defect rectification certification, and final completion processes.
• Provides cost management support to project teams, develops effective relationships with stakeholders, and contributes to the delivery of team and regional objectives.
• Guides and coaches junior team members while promoting collaborative working practices and supporting net zero carbon initiatives through proactive carbon management and reduction strategies.
You’ll need to have:
• A relevant degree qualification.
• Relevant experience in estimating and pre-contract cost management.
• Strong experience supporting cost planning, measurement, variations, and reporting.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
