Assistant Director of Sales
•Support the Director of Sales in developing and implementing the hotel's strategic sales plan across all segments: corporate, MICE, leisure, and groups.
•Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts, while nurturing long-term relationships with VIP clients, event organizers, and travel partners.
•Personally entertain and host high-profile clients and guests to demonstrate the hotel’s offerings and standards of excellence.
•Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Revenue, and Front Office teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with branding and guest experience goals.
•Conduct site inspections, FAM trips, client events, and on-property sales meetings with professionalism and attention to detail.
•Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust tactics and stay ahead of the competition.
•Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of sales managers and coordinators, supporting a culture of performance and luxury service delivery.
•Represent the hotel at local and international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
•Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and performance metrics as required by the Director of Sales and Executive Committee.
•Ensure that all client interactions—whether in person, via email, or over the phone—reflect the standards of elegance and excellence that define the Hotel.
