As our Club continues to grow and evolve, we're investing in our future by expanding our executive leadership team with a newly created Assistant General Manager position. This role reflects our commitment to providing an even higher level of support to our members, our department leaders, and our team members while ensuring operational excellence across the Club.
Reporting directly to the COO/General Manager, the Assistant General Manager will serve as a trusted strategic partner, helping lead daily operations, mentor department leaders, and ensure every aspect of the Club reflects the exceptional standards our members expect.

What You'll do:
As the AGM, you'll help oversee the Club's daily operations while partnering closely with the COO to execute strategic initiatives and operational priorities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing department leaders to achieve exceptional performance.
- Ensuring consistently outstanding service standards across all member-facing operations.
- Partnering with Club committees and leadership to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
- Leading operational planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
- Driving accountability, operational consistency, and continuous improvement.
- Supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen the Club's long-term success.
- Serving as acting General Manager during the COO/General Manager's absence.
