- Be the Boss: Oversee daily restaurant activities, support your crew, and make sure everyone’s crushing their job.
- Lead the Charge: Train, coach, and guide your team to be the best – all while keeping the energy high!
- Delight Guests: Guarantee top-notch service and resolve any guest concerns in a flash.
- Handle the Heat: Ensure food safety and maintain a clean, inviting space where both employees and customers feel at home.
- Make Smart Moves: Help manage labor, budgets, and cash deposits like a pro.

What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of Leadership experience (restaurant, retail, or convenience store is a plus)
- Restaurant General Manager experience preferred
- Positive vibes, strong organizational skills, and a passion for great food and service
- High volume drive thru operations experience
- A valid driver’s license and food handler’s permit
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a plus!
