A Fit Factory Assistant General Manager is a role model to the Front Desk Staff as well as an assistant to the General Manager. In the absence of the General Manager, the AGM takes responsibility for all club sales. The position requires a positive attitude, a growth mindset, and discipline to achieve performance excellence.
