About the Role:
Assistant General Managers within MML are responsible for assisting with overall operations of our restaurant including guest satisfaction, team development, financial performance, and brand integrity. The ideal candidate is a hospitality-driven leader with a deep understanding of fine dining culture, a strong business acumen, and a commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences.

What you’ll do:
- Assist with daily operations, ensuring excellent service, team performance, and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with hiring, training, and leading staff while fostering a positive, growth-oriented work environment.
- Maintain high standards in food, service, and hospitality through hands-on supervision and mentoring.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
- Support marketing efforts, programming, and guest engagement strategies to drive traffic and retention.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth front and back-of-house coordination.
- Uphold health, safety, and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Build strong community relationships and a loyal base of regular guests.
