As the Assistant General Manager, you will partner closely with the General Manager to lead daily operations while ensuring service standards, team performance, and operational expectations are consistently met. This role protects the integrity of both the Chick-fil-A and Paradies Lagardère brands by ensuring the restaurant consistently delivers exceptional hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and execution.
