Assistant Logistics Manager

Effectively maintaining food and non-food raw materials, whilst achieving food cost % targets.

Effectively balancing labour cost % against targets, with the needs of the business.

Meeting standards as per approved OKRs and SLAs.

The Role Holder liaises regularly with the Operations Manager and other internal and external stakeholders, providing information and advice relevant to the areas of accountability.

Interfaces with the Food Production and/or Pastry & Bakery teams to ensure internal and external deadlines are met in servicing Manal clients.

Interfaces with the Support Services teams to ensure internal and external deadlines are met in servicing Manal clients.

Actively supports the Operations Manager and other internal and external stakeholders, in the monitoring, maintaining, and scheduling of all work processes.

Ensures all tasks are completed on-time and in full across Stores, or Logistics and Transport.

Supports the Operations Manager in ensuring that all the information, requirements and expectations of work processes are clearly communicated to department personnel.

Ensures all direct and indirect reports complete their mandatory training courses.

Develops direct and indirect reports through the annual performance appraisal system.

5+ years of working experience in a similar related business.

Knowledge in Logistics, Transport, and Warehouse operations.
