Assistant Manager, Agency Business

An International Insurance Company, providing one-stop risk- and wealth-management services with her scope of business ranges from insurance, investment, and retirement to MPF. To cope with her business expansion, they are looking for dynamic and highly motivated Agency Executive to join their Agency Business Team.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for agency business operations including but not limited to agency recruitment support, regular agency performance reporting, analysis of sales and industrial data for management review

• Support business plan to drive the agency development

• Conduct market research to gather insights on new initiatives

Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 5 years working experience, preferably in insurance industry

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to details

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
