Assistant Manager at Tapestry Aquarena Springs Apartments

A growing property management firm is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist the Community Manager in the daily operation of our new property in San Marcos - Tapestry at Aquarena Springs.

The assistant manager should be an organized, outgoing and friendly professional who supports the community manager in all aspects of property management. The focus of this position is to ensure the effective operation of the apartment community. This role is responsible for keeping accurate property records, leasing available units, tenant retention and assumes a leadership role in the absence of the Community Manager.
