About the Role
As our Assistant Manager, Finance, you will be a key memberof our Finance team. Beyond number crunching, you will have a tangible opportunityto drive real business impact and change to what we do currently, to streamlineand better complement management decision making.
Our Finance function is responsible for the financialmanagement, compliance and safeguard, provide reliable information and workalongside various stakeholders to drive business growth.
You will play a vital role in establishing and managing,alongside other Finance members, the Finance function.

Responsibilities’Outline
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting activities, including AP, AR and General Ledger
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations between related entities
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements
- Support the implementation and enhancement of finance processes, controls and reporting frameworks as the business grows
- Develop costing models alongside commercial & pricing teams to support pricing decisions
Profile
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline
- 5+ years of accounting and finance experience
- Hands-on experience managing full sets of accounts
- Strong understanding of month-end close, financial reporting and statutory compliance
- Ability to work independently within a growing and evolving environment
- Comfortable partnering with stakeholders and supporting business growth initiatives
- Exposure to finance systems implementation or process improvement initiatives
- Costing/Pricing knowledge
- Singaporeans/Permanent Residents
