Assistant Manager for Marketing Communications (Hospitality)
Filinvest Company: CHROMA HOSPITALITY INC.
Supports the execution of integrated marketing communications, digital campaigns, and social media strategies to strengthen brand awareness and engagement for Chroma Hospitality Inc., Quest Hotel Tagaytay, Timberland Highlands Resort, and upcoming properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online and offline communications to boost brand visibility and audience engagement across all managed brands.
- Oversee social media and digital platforms, including content planning, caption writing, posting, community management, basic graphic support, and performance analytics.
- Maintain and update brand websites, EDMs, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with hotel properties to develop and roll out Rooms, F&B, and property campaigns, announcements, and promotional materials.
- Assist in developing social media and digital strategies to grow engagement and followers.
- Support copywriting for press releases, blogs, presentations, and group-wide campaigns, including roadshows and brand initiatives.
- Conduct competitor monitoring and keep the team updated on trends and industry benchmarks.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports on PR, social media, and digital marketing performance.
- Contribute creative ideas to strengthen campaigns and support the overall success of the Marketing Communications team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Creative storyteller with strong skills in campaign development, copywriting, and content creation across digital and traditional channels.
- Proficient in marketing and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work onsite in Muntinlupa City.
