Business Operations

• Meet the SLA and disbursement targets set by the Management.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, policies & procedures in discharging the daily routines.
• Develops network and ensuring responsible communication with stakeholders.
• Possess knowledge on Business Banking products / features (i.e. Overdraft, Term Loan, Trade Facilities, Revolving Credit, Bridging Loan and Contract Financing).
• Improve customer experience to achieve the best Customer CX.
• Any other responsibilities / tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensures credit operations are compliant with Group and internal policies.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and BNM guidelines.
