Assistant Manager / Manager – Youth Partnerships & Grants (Toa Payoh)

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage grants supporting youth-led ground-up initiatives
- Engage and build partnerships with youths, youth organisations and stakeholders
- Support youth groups with project planning, funding and development
- Coordinate youth programmes, activities and engagement platforms
- Manage data, reporting and grant-related processes
- Drive improvements to grant and programme processes
- Support other youth development initiatives and events
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good project management, coordination and organisational skills
- Able to work with numbers and manage administrative processes
- Adaptable, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in youth development, community engagement, programme management or ground-up initiatives is an advantage
- Willing to work on weekends when required
Duration/Working hours:
12 months contract (Oct 2026 to Sep 2027)
42 hours per week
