(Assistant) Manager, Marketing Promotions & Brand Partnership | Shopping Mall
A prominent corporation headquartered in Hong Kong, involved in various retail projects across Hong Kong and China, is seeking a highly skilled (Assistant) Manager, Marketing Promotions & Brand Partnership. The successful candidate will join the Marketing, Promotions, and Partnerships Team for a large shopping mall in Hong Kong. They will report directly to the Department Head and join a team of 6-8 professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive marketing partnerships and licensing income to support sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance collaboration and brand visibility.
- Oversee P&L management related to marketing and partnership activities.
- Develop and implement branding strategies that align with corporate objectives.
- Create comprehensive marketing and communications strategies and action plans.
- Organize year-round events, festive celebrations, and promotional activities.
- Implement public relations strategies, including media relations and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, promotions, and partnership development in large corporations. Candidates with a background from an agency are encouraged to apply.
- A proactive mindset focused on driving sales and partnership growth.
- Strong background in the property, retail, tourism, and entertainment industries.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
