Our client is a Leading Finance Company, they are currently seeking for Assistant Manager (Mortgage Underwriting) to join their team.

Assistant Manager (Mortgage Underwriting)

Responsibilities:

• To perform mortgage loan underwriting/approval for Mortgage Insurance Programme (MIP);
• To ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards;
• To liaise with authorized institutions on loan servicing for MIP;
• To track loan portfolio performance; and
• To participate in ad hoc duties or projects.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with a minimum of 7 years' solid mortgage underwriting experience, preferably in financial institutions;
• Keeping abreast of the credit policy and control procedure in mortgage lending;
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Strong analytical skill and proficient in PC/spreadsheet applications; and
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Associate.
