Assistant Manager - Parts Sales, Warehousing, & Logistic (2 years Contract) #TJTL

THE ROLE

Join a dynamic team and take charge of Parts Sales, Warehouse and Logistics Operations. You will drive business growth while ensuring smooth and efficient parts inventory, warehousing and distribution operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and grow parts sales channels across local and regional markets.

• Drive sales, business development and customer relationship management.

• Manage sales performance, forecasts, budgets and departmental KPIs.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Oversee spare parts warehouse operations, inventory control and 3PL performance.

• Monitor inventory levels and minimise stock losses, ageing and obsolescence.

• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or Logistics.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in parts sales, warehousing or logistics.

• Experience in spare parts warehousing and logistics is highly preferred.
