Assistant Manager, Product Operations

Work with Operations, Finance, Treasury, Product, and Technology to plan and execute process-improvement projects, develop processes for emerging use cases and products, document procedures, ensure AML, CTR, and STR compliance, and provide technical, operational, and processing expertise. Recommend and lead software implementations that help scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with Operations, Finance, Treasury, Product, and Technology to identify, scope, plan, and execute process-improvement projects.
• Develop processes and initiatives for emerging use cases and products.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address gaps and customer needs.
• Create comprehensive process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with AML, CTR, and STR requirements.
• Provide technical, operational, and processing expertise for products and services.
• Recommend applications that help the company scale.
• Lead the setup and implementation of in-house or third-party software.
• Perform further duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to rapidly assess complex situations.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement process improvements with speed and precision in high-pressure environments.
• End-to-end project management track record.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Green Belt in Six Sigma preferred but not required.
