Responsibilities
WHAT’S IT LIKE TO BE AN ASSISTANT MANAGER?
You'll help create a culture where customers are at the heart of everything we do, ensuring every interaction is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. You'll provide clarity for customers and colleagues alike, making it easy for people to find the right solutions and get the support they need. Develop and inspire peopleYou'll coach, support and motivate your team, helping colleagues build their skills, confidence and careers while creating a positive and inclusive environment. Through clear communication and constructive feedback, you'll help people perform at their best and achieve their potential. Shape store success Working alongside the Retail Branch Manager, you'll help manage store performance, including stock, operations, budgets, payroll and profitability. You'll bring a curious mindset, looking for opportunities to improve processes, solve problems and identify new ways to deliver even better results. Make an impact every dayWhether you're solving problems, supporting your team or identifying ways to improve how we work, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference.
