Assistant Manager / Senior Associate (Insurance Business Operations Department – Credit Operations)

Our client is a Financial Institution, they are currently seeking for an Assistant Manager (Insurance Business Operations Department – Credit Operations) to join their team.

Job Descriptions:

• Perform loan assessment for Reverse Mortgage Programme (RMP) and Policy Reverse Mortgage Programme (PRMP)

• Handle loan administration duties and servicing processes for Mortgage Insurance Programme (MIP), RMP and PRMP

• Monitor MIP delinquent loans and RMP/PRMP loans with maturity event in compliance with company policies and procedures

• Participate in ad hoc duties or projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in mortgage operations, loan administration or debt collections operations, having experience in mortgage underwriting would be an added advantage

• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong mortgage and property market

• Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

• Strong analytical skill

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheet skills

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Associate
