Assistant Parts Manager
Woody Buick GMC in Naperville is Chicaogland’s largest GM Dealership. We are a family-owned dealership focused on customer satisfaction and community. We are seeking an Assistant Parts Manager capable of smiling through the phone, and eager to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments
- Assist with monitoring and adjusting inventory
- Guarantee all parts are properly tagged
- Supervise parts counter and staff
- Supervise stock order procedures
- Work closely with service manager and body shop manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed
- Provides technical assistance when necessary
- Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Enforce safety requirements
- Maintain a professional appearance
Qualifications:
- Technical automotive knowledge
- Computer literacy
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of inventory and reporting
- General Motors parts experience preferred
