As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll work with experienced healthcare project managers, supporting groundbreaking projects in hospitals. Your role will involve keeping everything organized, maintaining crucial project documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between the field, coordination, and project management teams. What You’ll Do:
- Field Support: Ensure crews are equipped with all the updated project information they need to work efficiently.
- Procurement & Permits: Help source materials, manage project permits, and support buyout and procurement processes.
- Project Documentation: Keep detailed, organized project files, and ensure team members have access to the right information at the right time.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in managing budgets, change orders, and estimates to ensure projects stay on track.
- Labor Planning & Meetings: Help develop schedules, monitor labor, and contribute to key project meetings and milestones.
What You Bring:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of project management or coordination experience. Eager to learn and grow? That’s what we’re looking for!
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Familiarity with mechanical systems and tools like Microsoft Project is a plus.
