Assistant Regulatory Affairs Manager
Responsibilities
BUSINESS PARTNER
Proactively partner with the business in business strategic planning and provide innovative regulatory strategies/ direction to the business. She/ he will ensure that regulatory requirements of markets are understood and incorporated into the business planning and execution;
Ensure all products marketed in Vietnam complies with Cosmetic Law/ Regulations;
Partner with marketing and serves as regulatory counsel in determinations of regulatory risk for products and claims;
Work with global and regional colleagues to identify core processes and support required to ensure projects can be speedy implemented in Viet Nam with strong commercial impact;
Be spoke person for ELC Vietnam with Government Agency (FDA) and Trade Association
EXTERNAL ENGAGEMENT
Work closely with local and regional management to identify opportunities and ensure that the voice of ELC is being heard whenever there is a change in the regulatory policies in Vietnam;
Developing and maintaining the relationship and trust with local Regulatory Agencies and other external bodies in line with the business ethics and priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy or other relevant degrees
- Min. 4 years experience with FDA registration, customs clearance, supply chain and logistic management
- Full command of English language
- Good knowledge of skincare, consumer products
