Assistant Relationship Manager (Private Banking - Foreign Bank)
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Operations and other functional counterparts on daily basis.
- Conduct all required Know Your Customer (KYC), AML process, procedures and documentation.
- Assist Relationship Manager in providing the periodic investment market updates, placement and execution of the OTC and listed investment trades covering FX, bonds, quities, funds and structured products.
- Provide administrative and client support to Relationship Manager, include maintaining and updating client transaction records/ reports as well as client data.
- Have an oversight on the dealing infrastructure / processes / systems for the investment products, and be responsible for all sales documentations, product agreements, and service level agreements.
- Ensure superior customer service is delivered and contribute to the overall customer experience of the Bank.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- University graduate.
- Sound understanding of economics, best market practices and investment products in the wealth management business
- CACS qualification preferred
