ob Description & Requirements
- Provide Beauty, Eyelash and Manicure/Pedicure services to customers
- Lead the outlet team in achieving outlet sales target
- Achieve personal sales target
- Support the sales team and ensure that they can meet team's performance KPI
- Responsible for daily outlet operations
- Train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance
- Provide professional consultation and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
- Ensure good customer experience and service standard
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of working experience in beauty industry is required for this position
- Proven sales records in beauty industry
