Assistant Sales Manager (Chinese & English Communication)
We are on behalf of an International Transportation company looking for Assistant Sales Manager position located in HCMC. The position shall report to Sales & Marketing Senior Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Searching for and exploiting new customers, offer to sell freight forwarding and logistics services (road, sea, air ...) of the company to expand customer system.
- Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team to reach the annual sales target.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
- Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor' Degree, Major in economic, logistics, supply chain.
- Work experience: having experiences (2 years) at position Assistance Sales Manager/ Sales manager or similar Sales position of shipping line or 3PL Intl Logistics Company.
- Language: Good English is a must and fluently Chinese language is prioritized.
- Ability to communicate well, agile, speak fluently, ability to present convincingly, create a good impression on listeners.
- Know how to handle flexible and soft situations in the process of negotiating with customers.
- Have good negotiation and communication skill to deal contract and communication with customer.
- Have good problem solving skill to make innovation or quick fix issues.
- Have good to make report by excel, ppt, ect.
- Ownership to handle job by himself /herself .
- Willing to support and cooperate with each other.
- Quickly learning and positive thinking.
