Assistant Sales Manager (Engine Spares)

Job Details:

• Engineering background preferred
• Dealing with German Marine Engine preferred
• Experience selling to Shipowners and Ship managers
• Responsible for Sales & Marketing
• Expand customers base by establishing new contacts and market penetration potential.
• Ensure customers satisfaction and net promoter score targets.
• Develop strategies and action plans to achieve allocated targets and potential sales opportunities.
• Process enquiries, preparation of offers and follow-up on sales quotation and account receivables.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marine, Mechanical Engineering or related qualification.
• At least 5 years sales experiences in Shipping & Marine Industry.
• Candidates should have proactive Sales & Negotiation Skills Knowledge on retrofitting/reconditioning/overhauling of Marine Engines.
