Assistant/Sales Manager (Sales/Freight forwarding/Logistic/3pl)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Sales to develop and execute sales strategy to achieve growth targets

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, pipelines and performance updates

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights

• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Generate and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Requirements

• Relevant academic qualification in Logistics, Business, or a related field

• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in sales in logistics/freight forwarder industry

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in managing client relationships

• Proficient in MS Words/Excel

• Must possess a valid driver’s license
