We're looking for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager who thrives in premium hospitality, loves leading from the floor and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside the Venue Manager, you'll help lead the day-to-day operation of a busy premium venue by:

• Leading, coaching and inspiring a large front-of-house team
• Delivering exceptional food, beverage and guest experiences every shift
• Driving team engagement, training and ongoing development
• Managing labour, rosters and daily operational efficiencies
• Supporting venue profitability through KPI-focused leadership
• Maintaining high presentation, compliance and service standards
• Leading from the floor during busy services while creating a positive team culture

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous leadership experience in a premium, high-volume restaurant, bar or hospitality venue
• Lives and breathes exceptional food, beverage and customer service
• Is confident, positive and enjoys building relationships with guests and team members
• Has excellent time management and thrives under pressure
• Is commercially minded and understands labour, KPIs and venue performance
• Is passionate about coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Holds a current RSA (RMLV or Approved Manager Licence highly regarded)
