We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh team as an Associate Account Executive. This role will be based in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role uses risk experience to support critical client functions and contribute to client service, growth, and retention. The position partners closely with more senior Account Managers to help manage contract reviews, midterm changes, and business expansion efforts. This individual also serves as a client contact, helping strengthen relationships and improve the client experience across product lines.
We will count on you to:
• Evaluate risks and review loss experience, cash flow, and financials
• Develop solutions, articulate the impact of options, and make recommendations to clients across product lines
• Partner with more senior Account Managers to retain and generate new business by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes
• Strive to meet sales goals and work with more senior Account Managers to expand the book of business
• Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth
• Serve as a client contact and respond to difficult client needs and questions to improve the client experience
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards to better serve clients
What you need to have:
• Experience in risk analysis, client service, or account management within a professional services or insurance environment
• Ability to evaluate loss experience, financial information, and related client data
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate recommendations and support client decisions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting sales and retention goals
