Associate Director- Marketing

Position Title: Associate Director – Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time Salary (AED): up to 32,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: as per UAE labor law, Annual air ticket & Employee Stock Option Plan Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading technology-enabled home services company offering on-demand household services. Job Description: ? Drive growth and user acquisition by developing strategies to acquire customers and increase repeat usage across service categories. ? Identify and launch new services, categories, and business models by using consumer insights, market research, and data to identify growth opportunities. ? Own key business metrics including orders, customer experience, profitability, and new revenue streams, working closely with leadership, product, technology, and data teams. ? Lead consumer marketing and content strategy, including social media to strengthen brand awareness and generate sustainable customer acquisition.

Qualifications: ? Atleast 8+ years of experience in marketing, growth, strategy, or consumer business ? Proven track record in customer acquisition, growth, user engagement, and revenue generation. ? Strong experience in consumer-facing businesses, preferably e-commerce, marketplace, technology, FMCG, consumer services or similar industries ? Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
