Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain master project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare project baselines covering Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning activities.
- Develop Level-1, Level-2, Level-3, and detailed package-wise schedules.
- Establish milestones and critical paths for BTG and BOP project packages.
- Prepare integrated schedules encompassing all project functions.
- Monitor actual progress against approved baseline schedules.
- Perform critical path and float analysis.
- Identify schedule deviations, bottlenecks, and risks impacting project timelines.
- Prepare catch-up and recovery plans for delayed activities.
- Conduct look-ahead planning and rolling-wave schedule updates

Prepare weekly/monthly project progress reports.
Experience - 8-15 Years
Diploma, B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
