Associate Product Manager

• Translate business needs and stakeholder requirements into clear product features, processes and functional specifications to ensure alignment between business objectives and product solutions.
• Analyse customer needs and feedback to improve product usability, service quality and overall customer satisfaction.
• Apply design thinking methods to understand user needs, identify problems, generate ideas and develop practical solutions that improve product value and user experience.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify their potential applications, benefits and impact on product development and business objectives.
• Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities to identify opportunities and support product development and business decisions.
• Manage and prioritise the organisation’s IT investments, projects, services and activities by evaluating costs, benefits and business value, allocating and optimising IT resources and assets, and recommending changes to IT processes and services in alignment with business objectives and priorities.
• Manage the product lifecycle from planning and development to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring products meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor product development projects to ensure deliverables are completed within the agreed scope, timeline and resources.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations and ensure successful product development and implementation.
• Translate business and product strategies into actionable plans and initiatives, coordinating resources and stakeholders to achieve the desired business objectives.
• Analyse user needs and product/service performance to conceptualise and enhance user interactions and engagement, develop wireframes to guide product planning and development, and implement improvements that optimise the user experience and achieve desired user outcomes.
• Design and enhance the visual elements and layout of products to ensure they are intuitive, accessible and consistent with user and business requirements.
