Associate Production Scheduling Analyst

What you’ll do:
- Continue improvement deployment.To resolved SAP issue.Organize team to achieve the target of DOH, OTTR % and OTTP %,Lead time. And write some report.Responsible for all new product, pilot run project schedule as material delegate.
- Inventory analysis and management to achieve the DOH goal.
- FAT planning and capacity resource review with RD and CSR team.
- Production order management, tracking the daily and weekly production schedule to achieve OTD goal
- ECN management, products phase in and phase out change management.
- NPI project team member, plan the new products schedule.
- Deploy the ELSS tools, mayjor for lean material flow project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiar with production planning, over 3 years production planning and control experience, Familiar with SCM.
- Have a good skill to control the inventory and DOH.
- Capable to support new product develop and transfer project, production capacity analysis.
- Skillful SAP to solve different kinds of SAP problem
- Skillful English speaking and writing.
- Strong time management skills utilizing time effectively.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
