Job Title: Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional design) - Saudi Nationals preferred
Technical Requirements:
- Strong background in the application of adult learning theory
- Experience with instructional design models (ADDIE and SAM), adult learning theory, and program evaluation methodologies
- Experience with project management and handling projects independently
- Demonstration of good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Should be able to demonstrate working proficiency with industry standard authoring tools (e.g. – Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) to design and develop interactive learning content.
Work Schedule: Full time
Work Location: Dhahran (Must be willing to relocate in Dhahran)

Skills
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or Learning, Design, and Technology from a recognized and approved program
- Master’s degree, and additional certifications such as Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), CIPD Level 5, TESOL, or instructional design are preferred.
Work Experience: Must have 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluation, within a large corporate setting.
Preferred certificate: Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), CIPD Level 5, TESOL, or instructional design are preferred.
