Job Responsibilities:
- Execute corporate advisory transactions — including IPOs, secondary listings, rights issues, placements, general offers and delistings.
- Liaise with clients and other professional parties to help oversee financial, legal and commercial due diligence for IPO transactions.
- Review and assist in preparation of transaction documents for IPO and advisory engagements.
- Assist in preparation of pitch books, information memorandum and investor roadshow marketing materials.
- Conduct macroeconomic, industry and company-specific research
Job Requirement
- Strong analytical skills and business analysis.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting.
- 1-5years of corporate finance and/or capital markets working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with a proven track record in IPO deal execution on the SGX or Bursa Malaysia are preferred
- Relevant degree with excellent academic results from a reputable university.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and produce deliverables in a timely manner.
- Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent.
- Strong communication, multi-tasking and time management skills.
