Associate Technical Lead Fullstack
This high-ownership engineering role involves building and scaling products, systems, and processes across the stack in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong technical execution, systems thinking, initiative, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance backend and frontend components using Go, React, Next.js, or Python.
- Drive scalable system development while maintaining software architecture and code quality standards.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices integrating third-party financial and Web3 services.
- Optimize application speed, user interactions, and system reliability.
- Deploy and scale applications on AWS while maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to deliver production-ready features from wireframes and requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and maintain smooth post-deployment operation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-stack development experience and ownership of features from conception through deployment.
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, or Python; Go experience is advantageous.
- Experience with or strong interest in blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
- Hands-on AWS or GCP experience, including services such as S3, EC2, or Lambda, and knowledge of serverless architectures.
- Strong relational database skills with PostgreSQL or MySQL and NoSQL experience with MongoDB.
- Comfort working with Scrum or Kanban in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to guide peers, communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders, and write clear documentation.
