Asst Floor Manager- Kuwait

Job Description

We are hiring experienced Asst Floor Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

. Assist the Floor Manager in overseeing daily restaurant floor operations

. Supervise front-of-house staff including waiters, hosts, and service crew

. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times

. Monitor staff performance, grooming, attendance, and discipline

. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally

. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow

. Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards

. Support staff training, scheduling, and shift coordination

. Assist in achieving restaurant sales and operational targets

. Monitor inventory of service items and report shortages

. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards

. Prepare shift reports and support management with daily operations

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

. 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations

. Previous supervisory experience in restaurants or cafés preferred

. Strong leadership and team management skills

. Excellent communication and customer service abilities

. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

. Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

. Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations
